What is the Priority Services Register?

The Priority Services Register (PSR) is a free UK wide service which provides extra help during power cuts or when there’s an interruption to your water supply.

Joining the PSR helps your utility companies to provide adapted services, adjust communications and make amendments to keep you safe, such as setting up a password scheme and providing advance warning of planned interruptions to electricity or water supplies.
